Meet our head chef
My name is Chistophe Louis Simon Joanneau. I decide to become a chef many years ago because from a young age I would always cook for my family. I enjoyed this so much that I decided to do it for a living.
I trained at College Elienne Penior in France for 2 years, and have worked my way up in various top restaurants to become head chef.
My idol is Joel Robuchon, a French chef who does classic, traditional, simple but very tasty food. Working at theGRILL has been a new challenge for me, it is a wonderful classy venue and the staff are all very friendly.
We work very hard and I look forward to many more years of creating new dishes at theGRILL.
